QYF series all stainless steel submersible pump is a corrosion-resistant submersible pump specially designed for industrial, mining, municipal, hospital, chemical, water treatment and landscape engineering designers.

The product adopts all-stainless steel precision casting, has its own pollution-free characteristics, reduces secondary pollution, and fully meets the national green environmental protection requirements. The product consists of three parts: coaxial connection of motor, water pump and integral mechanical seal. The flow parts are made of stainless steel (304, 316, 316L).

The pump outlet has a round flange structure.

 Working Condition

Three-phase AC power with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 380 V or 660 V (with a tolerance of ±5%);

The electric pump should be safely submerged into the water and the diving depth should be no more than 5 meters. The pH of the transport medium is 4-11, the temperature is ≤40°C; the sand content in the water is not more than 0.1%, there is no sludge in the pool; the electric pump must be used within the range of 110%~80% of the rated lift; The pump should be equipped with a corresponding start protector and reliably grounded; after the electric pump is installed, it should not touch the bottom sludge, so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the electric pump.
