The deep well pump mainly includes long shaft deep well pump and submersible deep well pump. The LJC series long shaft deep well pump adopts advanced hydraulic model and structural design, and adopts Ashland resin core making and epoxy coating of blade runner. The new process; the pump efficiency is high, the performance curve has no hump, the efficiency area is wide, and the efficiency is 2~8% higher than the JC and JD long axis deep well pumps. The pump uses a sand blasting device, and the labyrinth structure prevents the sand from entering the bearing. The radial runout of the impeller shaft, drive shaft and motor shaft is controlled within 0.13mm of the US standard. The pump runs smoothly and the noise is low. The pump seat is beautiful in appearance and large in window, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of packing
Structure
a) Motor: hollow shaft motor for deep well pump (YLB type), or solid shaft ordinary vertical motor;
b) adjusting the nut: adjusting the axial amount of the impeller; c) pumping seat: subject to heavy load, and convenient to install the stuffing box;
d) Pre-lubricated wire plug: Before starting, inject clean water through this place to lubricate the inner bearing of the pump;
e) upper short pipe (short pipe B): flange connection, the upper flange of the short pipe is connected with the pump seat, and the lower flange is connected with the flange of the water pipe;
f) Impeller shaft: 2Cr13 stainless steel or 45# high quality carbon steel (chrome plating on the surface);
g) Middle shell: smooth runner, reduce frictional resistance and improve efficiency. Material: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;
h) Impeller: Designed in conjunction with the middle shell, the working range is wide, and precise balance is performed to ensure smooth operation. Material: HT200, silicon brass, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;
i) Middle shell bearings: copper bearings, wear-resistant rubber bearings or imported polymer bearings. Reliable work and long life.
j) Taper sleeve: The impeller is reliably fixed to the impeller shaft. k) Lower shell bearing: copper bearing, grease filled, long-term trouble-free operation.
l) Lower shell: The liquid in the water filter mesh is evenly directed to the impeller with minimal loss. Material: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;
m) Water filtration network: The length of the water filtration network should be suitable to achieve an excellent condition and prevent large particles from entering the water pump;
n) Transmission shaft: high-strength carbon steel with chrome plated bearing surface. Stainless steel is available upon request;
o) Water pipe: The water pipe can be installed by screw connection or by flange connection.
