It is well known that sewage pumps are used to drain liquid from pools or large reservoirs.
The working principle of the drainage pump is: relying on the impeller rotating at high speed, the liquid sewage pump obtains energy under the action of inertial centrifugal force to increase the pressure. Before the pump is working, the pump body and the inlet pipe must be filled with water to prevent cavitation. When the impeller rotates quickly, the blade causes
The water rotates very quickly, and the rotating water pump flies away from the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. After the water in the pump is thrown, the central portion of the impeller forms a vacuum region. The water from the water source is pressed into the inlet pipe through the pipe network under the action of atmospheric pressure (or water pressure). This cycle is not enough, you can achieve continuous pumping. It is worth mentioning here: before the centrifugal pump starts, it must be filled with water in the pump casing before it can be started. Otherwise, the pump body will be heated, vibrated, the water output will be reduced, and the pump will be damaged (referred to as “cavitation”). Causes equipment accidents! The so-called cavitation means: when the centrifugal pump starts, if there is air in the pump, because the density of the air is very low, the centrifugal force generated after the rotation is small, so the low pressure formed in the central area of the impeller is not enough to level the liquid. The liquid that is lower than the pump inlet is sucked into the pump and cannot transport fluid.
