First, the stainless steel multi-stage pump before the pump to pay attention to matters

In the operation of the stainless steel multistage pump, the application of the multistage pump has the following problems. First of all, you should avoid frequent pumping, and prevent the vaporization of the pump during the pumping and pumping process. When the high-temperature liquid of the centrifugal pump being transported enters the cold-state pump body of the multi-stage pump, the temperature of the pump body will change greatly, because the uneven heating and the thermal deformation cause the pump body and the rotor component to be deformed, and wear-resistant. The stainless steel centrifugal pump itself has only a small gap, and then the stainless steel pump causes an abnormal touch. In this case, when the pump is started, the flow rate is insufficient, and the balance disc and the balance seat are formed, and the mechanical ring and the static ring cannot form a liquid film and the collision is damaged. Therefore, when the pump is used to transport high-temperature liquid, the warm pump must be filled before starting, as long as the pump body temperature reaches the common pair to start the pump. Emergency launch of a multi-stage pump in a cold state is not allowed. High temperature liquids are more suitable for high temperature and high pressure pumps.

Second, the attention of stainless steel multi-stage pump operation

The multi-stage centrifugal pump balances the axial force by the balance plate, the balance drum and the like, and the balance liquid flows out in the balance device, and the balance liquid is connected to the inlet end of the pump through the balance pipe. In order to ensure the normal operation of the pump, it is necessary to pay attention to: (1) the balance tube must not be blocked; (2) the scale inside the balance tube should be cleaned and dredged in time; (3) the pressure gauge on the high pressure side of the balance tube should be installed to monitor the balance. Tube outlet pressure. In the multi-stage pump operation, attention should be paid to the observation of the temperature rise, oscillation, sound, etc. of the pump. In order to protect the pump from abnormal damage, if necessary, interlock the axial force, temperature rise, oscillation, etc. of the pump, and actively stop the pump when the set value is exceeded.

Third, pay attention to the matter after stopping the pump

When the multistage centrifugal pump stops working for a long time, the components of the impeller and the rotor force the pump shaft in one direction, and simply form a tortuous curve. The pump should be timed, and the shaft should be rotated by 120° in the same direction. For the standby vertical multi-stage pump, if the outlet valve is not tightly closed, the high-temperature medium in the outlet pipe will flow back into the pump, causing uneven heating of the upper and lower parts of the pump shaft, which causes the pump shaft to bend. Therefore, the standby multistage centrifugal pump should also be timed.
